When I went on my first Wildlife Safari and photographed my first Leopard in the wild, I was absolutely hooked. I love the thrill of being out in nature every day and never knowing what you will find.

I am often asked if I am frightened of the animals especially if they come very close. The answer to that is no. I always make sure that whatever I do that I am safe. Although, I must admit that being charged by African Elephants does get your heart racing or stumbling across a pride of Lions whilst on a walking safari that are eating a Zebra does make me thankful that I was not on the menu that day.

Exploring nature and wildlife through my camera lens has changed how I see life. Being outdoors, I discover the beauty in different landscapes, notice small details, and marvel at how animals adapt to tough environments. It's an amazing and captivating journey that keeps my love for photography alive every day.

International Day of Indigenous Women

Recognising and preserving.

Identity is that trait that identifies us and makes us unique in the way we are and perceive our environment. Beyond borders there are communities that resist and defend their identity and cultural richness.

Today, on the International Day of the Indigenous Woman, we are dedicated to recognising the work of photographers in their efforts to make the indigenous peoples of the South American continent more visible.
